Been nonstop burping for weeks

Hello dr, I’m a woman on my 20s and I have been experiencing non-stop burping for a few weeks now. I’m aware that I do eat daily but sometimes skipped meals. I did not encounter any serious illness like gastric. Though, the burping really makes me uncomfortable every time and its hard for me to sleep at night. I wonder if I should be concern that this could lead to anything serious without me acknowledging it. How do I stop the burping ?
Thanks in advance.
