Constant sensation of wanting to poop

Hello I’m 27 Male. Recently have something weird going on with my bowel movements and the urge of it. I normally poop 1-2 times a day or once every alternate days, whenever the nature calls, I go.

So last week, I started going to the toilet about 3-4 times a day, and after every bowel movements, I wipe, wash, and come out of the toilet, 30 minutes - 1 hour later I would again feel the urge to poop, the sensation doesn’t come from the stomach, but comes from the butt, almost as if there’s poop wanting to come out again, hence forcing me to go another time. Now, this lasted for 1-2 days, and after that the symptoms wasn’t as bad, after about 2 days, I didn’t need to go to the toilet as often, as the urge is lesser, but I would still feel this unpleasant urge that the poop is at the entrance of my anus constantly for the whole day, about to come out, especially when I’m walking, but not as bad as I needed to go right away. It’s been a week now, I’m still kind of feeling it, but not as bad as when it started. I definitely do not feel it or have any discomfort during my sleep, and when I wake up from a night’s sleep, I feel perfectly normal and do not have that sensation that I’m feeling, only after about 15-20 minutes later of waking up, the sensation would then automatically comes back to me, I would then go to the toilet depending on the urge, and normally after having bowel movements, that’s it. There shouldn’t be any sensation in my butt that makes me have to go again, but yeah it still does, just not as strong, and lesser.

Now, some detailed information about my stool and condition -

  • I DO NOT have bleeding on my stool / nor when I wipe.

  • My stool is healthy looking sausage shape, almost every time it’s soft, sometimes mushy and watery.

  • I feel no pain at all in my stomach / anus.

  • I have no past medical history regarding my bowel movements or anus.

As of this moment, I still go to toilet once or twice a day, definitely almost guaranteed to go once a day, but after every bowel movements, I would still feel the urge and sensation is still there, is this something that I need to be worried about or it’ll go away as time goes by ?
