Stomach ache, gastric or stomach ulser

I am a woman, 28 years old. Last week, I am having stomach ache and diarrhea due to eat spicy food. Then, I ate durians unfortunately last 5 days I had severe stomach ache, nauseous and I even throw up a few times in the morning. So I went to clinic, the doctor said my stomach was just fine but I need to eat porridge etc. It’s been 5 days, my stomach still gassy, bloated, discomfort, ache at bottom left near kidney & especially above my navel. Sometimes I felt dizzy, burp a lot, felt like I’m having fever and loss weight. I already ate all the medicine but the pains were on and off. I did have history of gastric but this time is lot more worst than before
