Bloaty stomach after each meals

Hi. I am a 31 year old male. For the past few months, my stomach feels very bloated after each meal, and then I will burp and fart for the next few hours. Sometimes I may even need to pass motion twice afterwards. I suspect I may have some kind of worm in my stomach… Is there an over-the-counter medicine I could take before needing to see a doctor? Since it is unsafe to go out unless absolutely necessary.
