Gritty faecel matter

Background: 30F with history of gastric cancer in both paternal and maternal family.

I have been noticing changes in my stool and bowel movement for the past 4 months at least. I’ve been feeling more gassy and having more frequent bowel movement esp after a main meal.

It’s hard to describe but I kinda have to splint to get the stool out. I’m not constipated but often times I feel like I’m unable to empty the bowel and I need to splint to do it. The stool are often very soft, feels somewhat sticky and almost always has some sort of gritty feeling to it. Whenever I wash I can feel a sort of a grainy texture almost like I’m excreting tiny gravel. It doesn’t hurt.

No alarming changes in color, only brown to dark brown.
