Do you need to be screened even without any symptoms if you attended a meeting where someone been tested positive on covid lately.?

I wonder if the SOP by KKM for person who has contacted the Covid patient through meeting , need not go for screening if the person do not have any symptoms? Especially if the person is pregnant lady? Thank you.
