Doubt of pregnancy related query

greetings,
im a female in my mid 20’s, about 3wks ago i had a sexual encounter that involved only finger penetration, however im worried of being pregnant as my menses is delayed 40days. i have some symptoms of period like cramps,backache and heaviness in my lower abdomen that i usually have.
Last week i had gone to the clinic and my upt tested neg.

should i do another upt? can i take meds to induce my menses?
this waiting period is so nerve-wrecking.
