Electric like pain at right hip leg

Hi doctor. I am pregnant for 12w and have history of degenarative disease/lumbar spondylosis at L4 and L5 before pregnant which been diagnosed at early 2020. After covid happen, I didnt follow up with the treatment and physiotherapy. Now, my pain worsens. It affects my lower back and my right hip until leg. Sometimes I cant move freely to change my position when I lay down. I get to move by help of my husband. And the attack seems more frequent lately. Sometimes I cant even feel my leg and fell down. Also I cant move my leg freely and have electric like pain the whole right leg. Do I need to follow up to hospital? As I afraid it might affect my pregnancy

The symptoms you are experiencing can be due to nerve compression as a result of lumbar spondylosis. In addition to that, your pregnancy may have also exacerbated your condition.
