Fever, sore throat with phelgm, mild tight chest and light headed

Hello, my father, 69 living with me (I’m fine and well and had not been contact with any Covid19 patients) with has been having fever, sore throat with phlegm and mild tight chest and light headed since April 2nd afternoon but he was never in contact with any Covid19 patients nor travelled to any country or infected area. Please advice, thank you.
