Having flu when I’m in Poland

Hi Doctor, I was in Poland for 2 week and just return to Malaysia.

Last week when I’m in Poland I start with mild soar throats a little bit of cough. Both symptom have gone away however flu start to kick in. I do not have any fever or difficulty in breathing. My flu come with flame (yellowish) now turn white.

I do not think I have the virus and the about I suspect is due to jet leg and not sufficient of sleep. During my trip I didn’t interact with people from high risk country.

I may want to go for the test, may I ask any private hospital or clinic have that services?
