Having some symptoms during my self-quarantine period

Hi. I came back from Korea on Feb 29th , and I had a fever, which went down went I took medicine, but then a mild fever came on and off. And sometimes when I feel like my cxhest is tighten up, I have coughs which similar to dry coughs but it’s not that often. And one or two times, I got a sudden chill for a minute or two and from there I feel weak. I tried eating medicines and sometimes they go away but then they came back again. I wanted to check it next week, but by next week, my self-quarantine period is over so I’m not sure if the hospital allows it. And I have a question too, can I go and have checkups at one of the klinik kesihatan instead of going straight to the hospital since my symptoms are mild. And my mom and brother recently got vaccinated for influenza too, but I’m not sure about the symptoms for influenza.
