I’ve missed my period for 3 weeks and I’m suspecting I’m pregnant

On 21 May 2021, I had outercourse with my partner. Although we had outercourse, I suspected his semen went inside me. I have missed my period one week BEFORE we had outercourse. Now, it has been three weeks that I’m missing my period (My last period was on 18 April 2021). Last Saturday (5 June 2021), I took my first Depo-Provera injection. I’m concern that the injection may stop my menstrual flow. I’m also suspecting that I’m pregnant although the home-pregnancy test that I took shows negative result. I would like to take a pill that can cause period flow and also terminate possible pregnancy but I’m afraid that it would affect my contraception. Please suggest me on steps I should take.
