Ovulation/period after childbirth

Hello. I gave birth on 19/12. When will i get my period back and when will ovulation usually start? Thank you in advance.

Greetings! Thank you for your questions.

For your information, period will typically return about six to eight weeks after childbirth, if you are not breastfeeding. If you do breastfeed, the timing for a period to return can vary. Those who practice exclusive breastfeeding might not have a period the entire time they breastfeed. Exclusive breastfeeding means when your baby is receiving only your breast milk. But for others, it might return after a couple of months, whether they are breastfeeding or not. Besides, most women did not begin ovulating until at least 6 weeks after childbirth, however a few ovulated sooner.

Get through that time of the month comfortably without leak.
