Persistent fever for few days with no other symptoms

Hi, I am 35 yo female. Been having fever for 3 days and went away itself and came back again after 4 days. I have been having fever for the fourth day now. No sore throat, no runny nose, no difficult breathing, no other significant symptoms. Just feeling lethargic and a bit of mild headache at the temporal area. Temp around 38c. Seen Dr once but hasn’t come up with any diagnosis. I am worry I might have Covid!
