Pregnancy symptoms - different symptoms between normal pregnancy and ectopic

Hi doctor. I am a 27 y/o woman. I missed my period for 2 minths and I went to an OBGYN on 4 May 2020. The Dr. did transvaginal and abdominal ultrasound to check my uterus. He said my uterus is fina and I wasnot pregnant. So he prescribed me with Duphaston. Two weeks after that, I felt fatigue, my heartbeat elevated from 60+ pm to around 80pm. I felt tired and my body was aching. I tried a pregnancy test and it was positive. The dr. said that its kind of weird because he said my uterus was empty when he conducted the ultrasound but he said to wait for another 2-3 weeks before he could do another ultrasound on me. He mentioned the possibility of me having ectopic pregnancy. Now I want to ask, i am having cramping and muscle pain on my lower left abdomen, my left calf, and i am feeling tired all the time. But i am not having any vaginal bleeding etc.Is it possible that i am having symptoms of ectopic pregnancy? This is my first pregnancy.

Thank you doctor.
