Hi, thank you for contacted us.
For your information, usually the pills work more than 90% to prevent pregnancy to happen with the right doses. Meanwhile, a pregnancy test kit is rarely wrong. It is more than 99 per cent accurate. Thus, if your test is negative, it means that you are not pregnant; However, if you are very early in your pregnancy and the test is done far too early, there could be an insufficient amount of urine hCG for the test to detect, this would lead to false negative result.
To be 100% sure of your condition, i suggest you to do another test after 2-3 weeks from now. If it is still showing negative result, then you are most probably not pregnant. However, i also suggest you to meet Doctor for blood and ultrasound test to be in safe side about pregnancy.
