Prolonged fever for 7 year old

hi doctor. my daughter is 7 years old. her temperature has been fluctuating between 36.5 up to 37.9celcius. this has been going on for almost 2 weeks. almost daily she will be hvg temperature above 37.5. she seems to be active and is acting like normal. we’ve been giving her suspension paracetamol according to her dosage. she has only been in the house since the mco started. she’s not coughing, no sore throat, no runny nose. what should we do? appreciate your advice.
