Rarely poop and constipation

Hi Doc, I’m a 20y/o female and I face health problem which I believe is in relation to poor bowel movement. I rarely poop and as much as I can recall, I am not able to do so even in a week. I think in a month I only manage to poop 2-3 times. When i finally got to poop, i basically had constipation and so i often spend longer time in the toilet.

I did try to ramp up my exercise routine by jogging almost everyday for 30 minutes per session and I even consume a lot more greens hoping that it would help alleviate my constipation. Despite elevating my exercises and consuming more vegetables, my condition remains the same.

Apart from this issue, I am actually quite healthy as I don’t really fall sick easily, it’s been a year since I had my last fever. Plus, apart from those conditions mentioned above, I don’t experience severe stomachache.

Am I having a bad digestive system or anything else that I am not aware of?
