Seeking professional help or not

Whenever i’m in stress, i keep have tendencies of violently hurting someone else or myself…and sometime i also like to overthink some situation…i want to seek professional help but sometimes i fell like im overreacting

You may heard of “stop overthinking” too many times and it’s quite stressfull and unhelpful. Essentially, improving yourself from not overthinking is a long process that need a proper training. Find the reasons why you overthinking and try to slove them one by one might help you to teach your brain to stop overthinking.

At this moment, try to do things that you loved to do. Get a nice cup of coffee and talk about everything with someone you loved to chat with. The purpose of life is just to live it, to taste the experience to the utmost.
