Skin infections on hands
Hi, I’m a female in my 20’s.I have an infection on my hands.It is exactly one patch in the middle on top of my hand.It itch but not unbearable.It has a yellowish crust on top.It also have some fluid and the patch is mostly covered with many watery small spots or blister.It’s started 2 month ago and i’ve been using antifungal cream but no improvement.So it is fungal infection or maybe other type of infection.?

- Fungal infection like tinea
- Irritant contact dermatitis: when exposed to substances that can cause skin inflammation
- Allergic contact dermatitis: when someone has a skin allergy to a substance
- Psoriasis is a type of autoimmune disease
- Dishydrotic eczema is a type of eczema
Apart from fungal infection, it is also possible that your skin problems are caused by any of the above conditions.
