Sneezing often without mucus

I am a 26 years old woman and I think I have sinus, but I’m unsure of it. I sneeze very frequent for no apparent reason and there’s no mucus. I don’t sneeze much when I’m home because there’s no air-conditioner, but whenever I’m in the office, I sneeze very often.
