Unconscious due to Stroke

My sister is 60 years old and was underwent for head surgery last week due to stroke. Now, she is still unable to recognise people. She is bedridden and unable to move her body. Any medicine or other methods or advice to cure the stroke patient?

Greetings, thank you for your question.

The answer is a general description of the problem you’re having. Please click on this link (DoctorOnCall) to speak with us.

Based on the above information, we understand your concern about the problem you’re having. For your information, stroke is a type of brain damage that results from the disruption of blood flow and oxygen to the brain as a result of blockage or due to ruptured blood vessels. When a person has a stroke on one side of the brain, that part of the body is controlled by the brain. This causes the patient to lose his motor ability, the ability to move all parts of the body on that side.

It should be noted that stroke healing does not take a while. Depending on the severity of the damage, the repair can take years, at least a year. Therefore, my advice is for you to obey medical instructions from hospitals and doctors such as taking medications, maintaining blood pressure and cholesterol content and regularly attending rehabilitation sessions such as physiotherapy, occupational therapy, conversation therapy and so on. In an effort to speed healing, there are health centers that provide intensive therapy for several weeks.
