Urination Problems at night, Stomach Problems throughout the day, can’t sleep at night

I’m a 17-year-old male and I’ve been sitting in front of the laptop for most of the day with little to no exercise for the past 2 months or so. My eating habits are not too regular and my fluid intake is lesser than average (about 1.5L per day). Recently I’ve been having what seems like gas in my stomach and my sides (around my hip) are uncomfortable, and sometimes the left and right part of my lower abdomen have a burning feeling. At night when I’m trying to sleep, some nights I keep feeling sort of muscle movement down there every few seconds and that makes me want to go to the bathroom, and I can’t get sleep because of that. Would really need some advice.
