Accidentally taking Atropine / diphenoxylate while pregnant

I am now 5 months pregnant and was having severe diarrhea that started today. I took one Atropine / diphenoxylate pill and have felt my stomach hurt more than before, with my baby moving so much more than usual as well. I only feel better about 5 hours after I took the pill. I haven’t had any other signs or symptoms. I also took two charcoal pills together with the Atropine / diphenoxylate pill. Should I be concerned for my baby?
