Anxiety disorder getting worse because of COVID

I am a man who is 22 suffering from anxiety disorder. I have previously been seen by two psychiatrists and have not recovered. With COVID my anxiety has increased. I have previously been prescribed Xanax to cope with this. I was wondering if I could get a new prescription for a short time until I can see my doctor again in January
