Blocked nose when lying down

I’m a woman in 20s and I have been experiencing blocage of nose for quite some time now. Not sure when it started but I recently realised that it got worse - to the point of having trouble sleping due to incapability of breathing normally through nose at night, especially when I lie on my back. What I also realised was that this only happens when the weather/air is cold. I use an air-conditioner in my room. Should I be worried? And should I conslt further with the doctor?
