Coughing after cleaning up dusty places

I am a woman in my 20s, felt suffocated, shortness of breath, sneezing, runny nose and coughing shortly an hour after the cleaning session was done yesterday but it is still bearable. Today, the shortness of breath is gone but I’m still coughing and have a runny nose from time to time. It wasn’t a dust allergy was it?
