Casual Contact with Confirmed Patient of COVID-19

I am a 35 years old lady. I have casual contact (within 1 meter but less than 15 minutes) with my colleague on 16th March. She received positive screening results for COVID-19 on 18th March based on the samples taken on 13th March. Accordingly, I was told to self-quarantine and self-monitoring until 31st March. However, since 19th March, I have slight dry cough, on and off chest pain, as well as a blocked nose. I am not sure whether this is symptom of COVID-19 because chest pain is on and off but not when I cough. Instead of running nose, my nose is blocked but without mucus. The symptoms above are symptoms of catching a cold, COVID-19 or other reason?
