COVID-19 Concerns Related to Screening Contact
I go through the Q&A session on the AskDoctor portal related concern to COVID-19 and the given answer is strongly encourage people to evaluate COVID-19 risk through the online portal in order to identify whether they are in low, medium nor high risk.
My question are ;
For those people with no access to internet, is there any alternative way/medium for them to evaluate the COVID-19 risk OR they can go directly to the hospital?
Is there any dedicated hospital/clinic to handle this case?
What is the hotline for CPRC? The given number in CPRC poster is differ from pone number that stated in ANNEX 26 under MOH Guidelines for COVID-19
During the home quarantine period and if I have any of the known symptoms of the virus, is there any specific number that I can dial to seek advice and care specific to my situation and suitable treatments?

Based on the above information, we understand your concern about the problem you’re having. For those who do not have internet access can directly go to the nearest government clinic for screening. There is an isolation area for COVID-19 inquires or check up in every government clinic. Once you are there, they will take your history and assess your risk profiles. If you have high risk of being infected with the disease, you will be referred to the appropriate hospital such Hospital Sungai Buloh for investigations. During your quarantine period, you may visit the official Ministry of Health portal at link here (MOH COVID-19 Portal). You can also consult a doctor regarding your condition by clicking Ask Doctor link on the portal. This services will be provided by government doctors who will provide you with the most updated treatment for COVID-19. As for CPRC hotline Number, you may contact this number 03-88810200.
