Covid patient - Post Quarantine

Hi, my husband got tested positive with Covid and been self quarantine at home since then.
Do he need to do a second test after 10 days?
Since the test might come back as positive with the second test due to the remaining shedded virus in his body, how to make sure that he is safe to return to work?

Hi, thank you for reaching out to us.

We understand your concern regarding your husband’s condition. Normally it is required to do the second swab test to see whether the virus is still present in the body or not. On top of that, it is safe to work with others if your husband have been declared free from the infection and safety measure has been taken such as wearing mask at workplace and sanitize the hand.
