Cuti-cuti Penang March 2020 with Family - can we still go?

Selamat pagi Doctor-Doctor Yang dihormati,

I have booked a short school holiday trip from KK to Penang with my husband and 2 children (13 & 14 yo), from 15-19 March. This was planned since November 2019.

Is it advisable to still proceed?

We do not have any underlying health problems and we are in good health.
