Greetings!
Thank you for your question. This depends on the regulation your management has set for the residences. If there is no restrictions, you may use these facilities but with precautions. Wipe down surfaces that may have been touched by others using it previously with alcohol rub. Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth when using gym equipments. Avoid using these facilities if there are many people at the same time.
