Feeling nervous, a bit nasal congestion, no appetite, stomach bloated, nausea

Hi doctor, I am 22 yrs old female. I feel like I’m easily getting nervous sometimes and need to calm down to control my breath (I don’t have asthma but have allergic rhinitis to animals fur.) I back to KL from hometown (Sibu) on 16 March, my home have cats and dogs. I check my heartbeat is 90-95 per minute.
And my stomach condition is not good since young, easily get stomach bloated and have no appetite although I feel hungry but cannot eat much these two days. A bit feeling of nausea.
Yesterday I went to a clinic and check my body temperature is 37.1c. But I don’t feel like I have fever beforehand. The doctor gave me medicine for flu and fever, last night i got a lot of cold sweat when sleeping, but today feel better with no feeling of hot body temperature. I don’t have sore throat, cough with phlegm or serious flu (just a bit nasal congestion), don’t have any body pain, headache or diarrhea. Do I need to take Covid-19 screening? Is it necessary or need to observe few days?
I have taken the self-check test here, and it said the risk for covid-19 is minimal.
