Feeling tender breast, pain surrounding left breast, shoulder pain and bakc aches

I am a 29 yo woman, single not married and currently on my 8th day period. I have been feeling pain surrounding my left breast a week before my period until today, 8th day of my period. So it has been 2 weeks. I had this pain 4 years ago, did a check up at clinic and there’s no lump as the doctor said its normal for woman to feel breast pain during period. Should I go for a breast examination again? I don’t feel any lump, just persistent breast pain that started with shoulder and back aches 2 weeks ago (only at left side).
