Hi and thank you for asking us
Through the question and statement you gave on the above section, i completely understand your concern over this matter. For your information, WHO has listed AstraZeneca vaccine as an emergency use. It also has undergone consideration by the Strategic Advisory Group of Experts on Immunization (SAGE) and review by the European Medicines Agency (EMA).
EMA has evaluated all data on the safety, efficacy and quality of the vaccine and has granted conditional marketing authorization for individuals 18 years of age and older. If you want to know more, you can click on this link (AstraZeneca)
For your information, this vaccine is recommended to be given to frontline workers who are at high risk of being infected with COVID as well as the elderly, who are 65 years of age and older. Although this vaccine is safe to use, it still has side effects such as:
- Headache
- Fatigue
- Muscle or joint pain
- Fever
- Nausea
Boost your immune system with a balanced diet and good nutrition.
