Heart pain and left hand numb and I have chest tightness, I can feel my GI tract. Am I suspect covid?

Women 34yo, travel history to Bali 26 january - 1 feb , doesn’t know any close contact with anyone covid positive. No allergic , no DM, no High BP. No asthma. came back with chest tightness. Visited to GH, however, I did not meet the test requirement, I did not test on covid. With normal chest X-ray and blood test done during that visited. But the symptom subside gradually. Then I had travelled to Kuching for business trip in mid February. I felt not comfortable again last Wednesday, with throat irritation, but not until pain,. Cough also like less than 5 cough per day. I have minor diarrhoea Wednesday and Thursday ( 2-3 times a day), but better after Friday. I experiment chest tightness again Saturday, and heart pain or left side and left hand numb. Fyi, my office quite a lot people coughing, but at the moment , non of them positive. What can I do …do I need to go hospital now ? And can I go private hospital ? I stay in klang valley , which is recommend … and am I covid ?
