Heavy breathing and sore throat

I’m male, 38 years. I’ve been having heavy breathing as if there’s a load on my chest and recurring mild sore throat. very little coughing, very little phlegm, most often due to itchy throat. Heavy breathing and heavy chest feeling come and go, and sometimes can be relieved by short walk. No signs of fever or any other symptoms. All these started right after the implementation of MCO.

I’ve not traveled anywhere for the past 15 months, and I have no known contacts with Covid-19 positive patients.

Could this be stress manifestation of prolonged sitting at home…? Bad posture…? Should I take the Covid-19 test…?
