Helix piercing pus filled bump

Hello doc, I’m 22/F. Back in Oct 2020, I got a helix piercing. I’ve been taking care of it but my piercing has had many knocks while I was sleeping and sometimes my mom’s hand accidentally hits the piercing while applying oil to my hair. Overtime, it grew a bump at the back of the piercing, now it’s a little big. I’ve been cleaning it with saline solution. And I cleaned the front where it had crusties on it with diluted tea tree oil, and then cleaned a little bit of pus at the back where the bump is with cotton buds. I am using gold earring that comes with a screw at the back, the screw seems to be half eaten by the bump where a little pus covering the screw and almost half of the screw is in the bump. I pushed the front of the earring a little bit so that the back of the screw can be put and visible for me and tried to clean the crusty pus on the screw a little bit. I have been cleaning it 3 times. I also looked up on Aspirin paste to put on the bump overnight but I’m not sure if that would work. Is there a way for me make the bump smaller and disappear, doctor? I don’t think it is a keloid.
