Hello and goodmorning. UPT has its limitation and -ve upt doesn’t always mean that you are not pregnant. There are few other test that usually carried out in clinics or hospitals such as ultrasound and test to detect bhcg level.
I suggest you to repeat your upt or straight away go to clinic to confirm your status. Early symptoms of pregnancy are:
- Amenorrhea (no period)
- Lethargy or tiredness
- Nausea
- Vomiting
- Breast engorgement
- Constipation
