Medical Checkup / Health Screening

Hi… If i want to do a medical checkup/ health screening to check my current health especially on 2 things which is:

  1. Current dizziness and also frequent headache
  2. Not feeling well on left chest

So, may i know what is specific name of both test as i mentioned above for myself to check and make sure it available in a package that i selected once i planning to do a medical checkup/health screening? Need advise on this matter
