Pain at the lower abdomen

I’m currently having my period. 4th day going to 5th tomorrow. The thing I’m having is, pain at my lower abdominal. If senggugut, dah hari ke 4 mustahil senggugut lagi kan? Dan period saya kali ni more to blood clots and thick but few bloods. What concern me was, I checked to the doctor 3 months ago as I haven’t period for about 3-4 months then she did the CT scan on me and found out I have fibroids. Hence, she said it wasn’t harmful. Last month my period was so so heavy and this month I’m having massive period pain. The pain is so hurt and made me cry. I’m thinking of if I have gastric(cuz Since 1st day period i ate just once in a day, don’t have appetites and feel like wanna puke but still try to eat). Or there’s really something I don’t know about my health? I’m thinkjng to go to hospital if I still experienced this. Pls assist me and give some advice. Thank you
