Pening, mual dan hampir pitam

Hi doctor.i am a 26 years old female.It had been several times within this 1-2 months where i felt wanna fainted. I lost my body balance and felt dizzy each time that happened. I can feel that some part of my body were sweating when i laid down or trying to calm myself down from the situation. I have experienced that situation more than 2 times already. Is there anything that i should be concerned for?
