Persistent straptococus infection at vagina

Hi, I’m not pregnant, having normal pap smear result. Persistent Yellow discharge, swab showed straptococus infection. Took a few types of antibiotics and probiotics as per Dr prescription. Saw 2 gynae. Still have discharge. No itch no pain. Does my husband need to go for any test?
