Hi thank you for reaching out to us.

We understand your problem and concern regarding wanting to conceive. As you already know, PCOS will come with a fertility problem. However, it is not possible to conceive if you are following what your doctor tells you.

Here are some things that you can do help you overcome your problem:

  • Increase the frequency of sexual activity with your husband
  • Reducing your weight as too many amount of fat in the body could affect the menstrual cycle. You might want to have a partner in your working out process as having a partner or friend could motivate you to exercise more
  • Control your food intake and practice a healthy diet
  • Usage of medication: This require you to see a doctor and when non-medication method is not working
  • Surgery
  • In vitro fertilization (IVF)

Get through that time of the month comfortably without leak.

Still worried about your menstrual cycle? Speak to a gynaecologist today to ease your mind.

This is only our general information on how to tackle your issue. We hope that you will continue following your doctor’s advises. If you have any further question, do not hesitate to contact us at (DoctorOnCall) to speak with our doctors via phone call. Thank you.
