First and foremost, we truly understand your concerns regarding your symptoms and other health problems you might be facing. For your information, we cannot further elaborate on wether you are fit to join any strenous activity including a marathon even. Your condition must be assessed as a whole and not only depending on the level of stenosis of your kidney artery. Some people can have a low level of stenosis but the kidney has severely being affected. You need to talk to the doCtor who has given you the diagnosis or contact us to tell your condition in detail for us to decide wether you are fit to join a marathon or otherwise.
