Shortness of breath and mild fever

I’m having this symptom for 2 days. mild fever (37.4-37.7), shortness of breath, stomach discomfort, weakness, nausea without vomit and anxiety. I wonder it’s because of food poisoning or lactic acidosis. Cos I’m taking Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate tablets for about 5 months. Your kind consultation is very much appreciated
