Should I order a COVID19 home test?
Dear doctor,
For the past week, I have been on and off, experiencing a minor sore throat, stuffy nose and sinus discomfort, a condition I am used to experiencing whenever the weather changes. I do not have a fever and my sputum is clear. However over the weekend a colleague tested positive for COVID19 and is currently quarantined. Should I seek further consultation with a GP or order a COVID19 home test or both? Thank you.

First and foremost, I understand your concern regarding this issue of coronavirus since there’s an outbreak of the virus.
From what I understand, you’re experiencing sore throat, stuffy nose and sinus discomfort. You often had these symptoms previously however, since your colleague was tested positive for COVID-19, you’re worried about the risk of contracting the virus.
