Taking Atropine / diphenoxylate while pregnant

I am 5 months pregnant and because I was having persistent diarrhea since this morning, I took an Atropine / diphenoxylate pill with 2 charcoal pills. I felt that my stomach pain increased and my baby started thrashing around violently for a few hours. After 4 hours I do not feel any pain anymore and my baby is no longer moving so rigorously. Should I be concerned about any side effects of the Atropine / diphenoxylate pill on my baby?
