Third pregnancy after giving birth

i am a 24years old woman,before this i had a miscarriage on august 2019 and pregnant again and i give birth on june 2020 and now i am pregnant again this is third pregnancy :sob: i think around 7weeks ,my first child almost 6month ,did i have any risk for this third pregnancy ?
