Warga emas yang demam

My elderly, asthmatic mother was hospitalised in a university hospital early last month for pneumonia. She was discharged 3 days later upon recovery. But she has been somewhat lethargic ever since. This afternoon, she had a fever of 38.9. She says her breathing is the normal asthmatic sort. And she has had an intermittent dry cough (but not persistent) for the last few days. Should we be worried that it is Covid-19? What should we look out for, and, at what point should we head for the hospital?
